Registered Gas Installers (RGI) came to us with a problem, people were using unqualified people to fix their gas appliances, this is extremely dangerous. Our job was to find a way to make this topic interesting and memorable to our target market. We wanted people to take away that no matter who the person trying to fix your gas appliance is, if they are not registered they are putting your life at risk. We needed to find the last person that anyone in Ireland would turn away,the man with the most loyal fans in Ireland, singer Daniel O’Donnell. The campaign successfully infiltrated popular culture being shared in numerous memes and websites.
